The Field Operations module extends your CRM into the field, giving on-ground agents a structured, GPS-verified way to manage customer visits while giving managers real-time visibility into field activity.
1. Setting Up Field Operations
Complete these steps before deploying your field team:
- Define Territories – Map territories by PIN code, city, or custom polygon in Settings > Field Ops > Territories.
- Assign Agents – Link each field agent to one or more territories.
- Create Beat Plans – Set up recurring daily visit routes for each agent.
- Set Visit Targets – Define daily or weekly visit targets per agent or territory.
- Enable Mobile App – Ensure all agents have the LeadFlow Pro mobile app installed and GPS permissions granted.
