5.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all leads, contacts, and data uploaded to the platform. LeadFlow Pro is not liable for inaccurate data.

5.3 Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using LeadFlow Pro, including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.

6. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Billing and Payment

7.1 Subscription Charges

Subscription charges are billed according to your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

7.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.

7.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not apply to existing subscriptions until renewal.

8. Integrations

LeadFlow Pro integrates with third-party services. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by these external services. You are responsible for ensuring your data is compliant when using integrations.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the LeadFlow Pro platform, including features, UI elements, documentation, and software, is owned by or licensed to LeadFlow Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADFLOW PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadFlow Pro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms of service for our website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
