Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns from one place.
LeadFlow Pro Campaign Management.
The Campaign Management module lets you send the right message, to the right audience, on the right channel — at scale. You can run one-time blasts, ongoing drip sequences, and event-triggered campaigns from a single dashboard.
- For initial email setup, see Marketing Setup Guide.
- For automation workflows, see Low-code Automation Guide.
Note: Campaigns can only be sent to contacts who have opted in to receive marketing communications. Always use valid, opted-in contact lists to stay compliant with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and PDPA regulations.
1. Campaign Types
LeadFlow Pro supports several campaign types depending on your marketing goals:
- Bulk Campaign – Send a single email or SMS blast to an entire segment of contacts at once. Best for newsletters, product announcements, and event invitations.
- Drip Sequence – Enroll leads in a multi-step sequence of timed messages — e.g. a 5-email onboarding series sent over 10 days.
- Triggered Campaign – Send a message automatically when a lead takes a specific action — e.g. submits a form, opens an email, or reaches a lead score threshold.
- Re-engagement Campaign – Target leads who haven't interacted with your business in the last 30, 60, or 90 days.
2. Build Your Audience Segment
Before creating a campaign, define who should receive it. LeadFlow Pro's segment builder lets you filter contacts by any combination of CRM fields and behavioral data.
- Field Filters – Filter by city, lead source, assigned rep, industry, lead score, or any custom field.
- Behavioral Filters – Filter by email opens, link clicks, form submissions, or website visits.
- Static vs Dynamic Lists – Static lists are a snapshot at the time of creation. Dynamic lists update automatically as contacts match or stop matching the criteria.
- Exclusion Lists – Exclude specific contacts or segments (e.g. existing customers) from receiving a campaign.
3. Create and Send a Campaign
To create a new campaign, go to Marketing > Campaigns > Create Campaign. Follow the steps below:
- Step 1 – Details – Enter the campaign name, type (Email, SMS, WhatsApp), and internal description.
- Step 2 – Audience – Select an existing segment or create a new one inline.
- Step 3 – Message – Choose an existing template or build a new one in the drag-and-drop editor.
- Step 4 – Schedule – Send immediately, or pick a date/time. Enable timezone-based sending to deliver at the optimal local time for each contact.
- Step 5 – Review & Launch – Review the campaign summary — audience count, estimated delivery cost, and compliance checks — then click Launch.
4. Campaign Performance Analytics
After sending, LeadFlow Pro tracks every interaction and builds a live performance report accessible from Marketing > Campaigns > [Campaign Name] > Report.
- Delivery Rate – Percentage of messages successfully delivered to recipients' inboxes.
- Open Rate – Percentage of delivered emails that were opened.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR) – Percentage of recipients who clicked at least one link in the message.
- Unsubscribe Rate – Track how many recipients opted out after receiving this campaign.
- Revenue Attribution – If a lead converts to a deal after receiving the campaign, the deal is attributed to this campaign in the ROI report.
